Dagli antichi arredi dell’Ottocento agli strumenti di laboratorio, dagli erbari alle ricette di famiglia, ogni sala racconta un pezzo della Valle di Ledro e del sapere degli speziali.

Le attrezzature professionali, gli utensili e le macchine esposte raccontano la storia del laboratorio Foletto nato alla fine dell'800. Gli oggetti raccolti, catalogati e restaurati testimoniano un'attività ampia e variegata che spaziava dalle fiale iniettabili agli sciroppi di frutti di montagna. I traumatici effetti delle due guerre e il rapido mutare dei tempi hanno favorito il graduale abbandono di strumenti e tecnologie storiche ma non la rinuncia all'antica e collaudata filosofia produttiva, fondata sulla lavorazione articianale e preparazioni naturali.

The dramatic impact of the two World Wars and the rapid changes of modern times gradually led to the abandonment of many historical tools and technologies, but never to the abandonment of the company's long-standing production philosophy, based on artisanal craftsmanship and natural preparations.

Die tiefgreifenden Auswirkungen der beiden Weltkriege und der rasche Wandel der Zeit führten zwar dazu, dass viele historische Geräte und Technologien nach und nach aufgegeben wurden, nicht jedoch die bewährte Produktionsphilosophie des Hauses, die auf handwerklicher Verarbeitung und natürlichen Zubereitungen basiert.
