La Guàna è un’opera monumentale alta 7 metri, realizzata dall’artista Marco Martalar utilizzando oltre 2000 pezzi e radici di legno recuperati nei boschi devastati dalla tempesta Vaia.
Nel 2018 la tempesta Vaia ha colpito duramente le Alpi e vaste zone del Nord Italia, tra cui la nostra, lasciando segni profondi nel paesaggio e nella vita delle comunità locali. Da quella distruzione nasce però un messaggio potente: Marco Martalar ha scelto di recuperare i legni abbattuti trasformandoli in un’opera che diventa simbolo di resilienza, rinascita e rispetto per la montagna.
Dove si trova la Guàna e come arrivare
La scultura della Guàna si trova presso il Parco Benessere Navoi, a Primiero, ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa 15 minuti dai centri abitati di Transacqua o Fiera di Primiero, lungo strade asfaltate poco trafficate, ideali anche per famiglie.
Si consiglia di parcheggiare presso l’ampio parcheggio della Stazione Autocorriere / Piscina di Primiero, comodo anche per l’ufficio informazioni ApT di Fiera di Primiero. In zona sono disponibili pochi parcheggi: vi invitiamo a non lasciare l’auto fuori dagli spazi consentiti e a rispettare i prati e le proprietà private circostanti, per preservare l’ambiente e la qualità del luogo.

La Guàna is a monumental artwork standing 7 meters tall, created by the artist Marco Martalar using over 2,000 pieces and roots of wood recovered from forests devastated by Storm Vaia.
In 2018, Storm Vaia struck the Alps and large areas of Northern Italy, including this region, leaving deep marks on the landscape and in the lives of local communities. From that destruction, however, emerges a powerful message: Marco Martalar chose to recover fallen wood and transform it into a work of art that has become a symbol of resilience, renewal, and respect for the mountains.
Where La Guàna is located and how to get there
The Guàna sculpture is located at the Navoi Wellness Park in Primiero and can be easily reached on foot in about 15 minutes from the towns of Transacqua or Fiera di Primiero, along quiet paved roads that are also suitable for families.
It is recommended to park at the large parking area near the Primiero bus station/swimming pool, which is also convenient for the tourist information office in Fiera di Primiero. Parking in the immediate area is limited: visitors are kindly asked not to leave their cars outside designated spaces and to respect the surrounding meadows and private properties, helping to preserve the environment and the quality of the المكان.

La Guàna ist ein monumentales Kunstwerk mit einer Höhe von 7 Metern, geschaffen vom Künstler Marco Martalar aus über 2.000 Holzstücken und Wurzeln, die aus den von Sturm Vaia zerstörten Wäldern geborgen wurden.
Im Jahr 2018 traf Sturm Vaia die Alpen und große Teile Norditaliens, darunter auch diese Region, und hinterließ tiefe Spuren in der Landschaft sowie im Leben der lokalen Gemeinschaften. Aus dieser Zerstörung entstand jedoch eine kraftvolle Botschaft: Marco Martalar entschied sich, das gefällte Holz zu sammeln und in ein Kunstwerk zu verwandeln, das heute ein Symbol für Widerstandskraft, Erneuerung und Respekt gegenüber den Bergen ist.
Wo sich La Guàna befindet und wie man dorthin gelangt
Die Skulptur La Guàna befindet sich im Wellnesspark Navoi im Primiero und ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß von den Ortschaften Transacqua oder Fiera di Primiero erreichbar. Der Weg führt über wenig befahrene, asphaltierte Straßen und ist auch für Familien gut geeignet.
Es wird empfohlen, den großen Parkplatz bei der Busstation bzw. beim Schwimmbad von Primiero zu nutzen, der sich auch in der Nähe des Tourismusbüros in Fiera di Primiero befindet. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es nur wenige Parkmöglichkeiten: Besucher werden gebeten, ausschließlich in den vorgesehenen Bereichen zu parken und die umliegenden Wiesen sowie privaten Grundstücke zu respektieren, um die Umwelt und die Qualität des Ortes zu erhalten.
