Il percorso lascia Pietramurata e si dirige a nord, utilizzando la pista ciclopedonale che decorre sull’argine sinistro del fiume Sarca; per strade di campagna tra frutteti e vigneti raggiunge poi il piccolo centro abitato di Pergolese e quindi prosegue per un buon tratto in piano lungo il Canale Rimone, sul bordo orientale della vasta Piana del Sarca. Dall’abitato di Pergolese il tracciato risale con strade sterrate tra boschetti e appezzamenti coltivati a vite, fino a scavallare il dosso e portarsi presso il paese di Calavino. Da Calavino, centro particolarmente ricco di testimonianze storiche, architettoniche e artistiche, il Cammino discende nella gola di Canevai ricalcando il Sentiero della Roggia di Calavino, tra spettacolari salti d’acqua e antichi mulini. Raggiunta la località Due Laghi, presso Padergnone, il tracciato percorre la riva nord ovest del Lago di Toblino terminando a Sarche, meta di tappa e conclusione del Cammino dei Sette Laghi.

The fifth and final stage of the Seven Lakes Trail is relatively short and allows you to complete the route by early afternoon, giving you time to return calmly if needed.
The path leaves Pietramurata and heads north, using the pedestrian and cycling path that runs along the left bank of the Sarca River; it then reaches the small village of Pergolese through country roads among orchards and vineyards, and continues for a good stretch on flat land along the Rimone Canal, at the eastern edge of the vast Sarca Plain. From the village of Pergolese, the trail rises through dirt roads amidst groves and plots cultivated with grapes, climbing over the hill and reaching the town of Calavino. From Calavino, a center particularly rich in historical, architectural, and artistic testimonies, the Trail descends into the Canevai gorge following the Calavino Roggia Path, amidst spectacular waterfalls and ancient mills. Upon reaching the Due Laghi area near Padergnone, the trail runs along the northwest shore of Lake Toblino, ending in Sarche, the stopping point and conclusion of the Seven Lakes Trail.

Die fünfte und letzte Etappe des Weges der Sieben Seen ist relativ kurz und ermöglicht es, die Strecke am frühen Nachmittag zu beenden, sodass genügend Zeit bleibt, um eventuell zurückzukehren.
Der Weg verlässt Pietramurata und führt nach Norden, indem er den Rad- und Fußgängerweg nutzt, der am linken Ufer des Flusses Sarca verläuft; über Landstraßen zwischen Obstgärten und Weinbergen erreicht er das kleine Dorf Pergolese und setzt dann für eine gute Strecke flach entlang des Kanals Rimone am östlichen Rand der weitläufigen Sarca-Ebene fort. Vom Dorf Pergolese aus steigt der Weg über unbefestigte Straßen zwischen Wäldern und Weinbauflächen an, bis er den Hügel überquert und sich in der Nähe des Dorfes Calavino befindet. Von Calavino, einem Ort, der besonders reich an historischen, architektonischen und künstlerischen Zeugnissen ist, führt der Weg hinunter in die Schlucht von Canevai, wobei er den Calavino-Kanalweg nachzeichnet, zwischen spektakulären Wasserfällen und alten Mühlen. Erreicht man die Gegend von Due Laghi bei Padergnone, verläuft der Weg entlang des nordwestlichen Ufers des Toblino-Sees und endet in Sarche, dem Etappenziel und Abschluss des Weges der Sieben Seen.
