Portandosi al paese di Lenzumo di Concei seguire le direzioni per malga Trat dove si può lasciare la macchina per poi prendere il sentiero 435 che conduce a Bochet de Caret. Da qui si scende verso Bocca de Saval per infine iniziare la vera salita verso la cima, bisogna stare attenti alla segnaletica.
Dalla cima si riesce ad ammirare una meravigliosa vista della vallata con il suo lago.
La camminata ha una durata di circa 3:30 ore con quasi 500 mt di dislivello.

From the village of Lenzumo di Concei, follow the directions for Malga Trat, where you can leave the car and then take path 435 which leads to Bochet de Caret. From here you descend towards Bocca de Saval to finally begin the real climb to the top, you have to pay attention to the signs.
From the top you can admire a wonderful view of the valley with its lake.
The walk has a duration of about 3:30 hours with almost 500 meters in altitude.
