A path through the trees to be explored barefoot along a sequence of eleven “sensory stations,” each made of different materials designed to stimulate our senses.

It is a way to awaken our channels of perception and rediscover forgotten sensations and emotions — an experience of mindfulness and awareness. Along the sensory trail, you can take all the time you need to listen to what nature and your senses are able to convey, free from all constraints.

Forest bathing is a practice that originated in Japan under the name Shinrin-yoku. Walking slowly, synchronizing your breath with your steps, paying attention to the surrounding nature, its colors and scents, listening to the sounds of the forest, touching the bark of the trees, embracing them, and occasionally stopping for breathing exercises and meditation: these are simple activities to enjoy together with our trainers in a relaxing woodland area within the large park of the Comano thermal spa, helping you reconnect your rhythms with those of nature and rediscover a sense of peace and harmony.
