Azienda Vitivinicola e Distilleria Pisoni

L’Azienda Pisoni nasce nel 1852 ed ora è alla quarta generazione. 
Marco e Stefano portano avanti la tradizione vitivinicola producendo vini seguendo il metodo biologico e  biodinamico nella Valle dei Laghi, tra le Dolomiti di Brenta (UNESCO) ed il Lago di Garda 
I vini Pisoni sono tutti prodotti con uve di proprietà e l’Azienda fa parte del Consorzio Vignaioli del Trentino (come socio fondatore) e della FIVI Federazione Italiana Vignaioli indipendenti che raggruppa tutte le  cantine italiane che producono vino con esclusive uve di proprietà. 
la superficie vitata aziendale è di circa 16 ettari ed i vigneti sono in parte nella piana vicino al fiume Sarca  con un terreno più sabbioso/limoso e l’altra parte sulla collina di San Siro ad una altitudine di 450 m.s.l.m.  con terreno calcareo  oltre all’uva, per favorire la biodiversità, l’azienda ha una piccola produzione di Olio di Oliva, di mele e di  kiwi .
La varietà più coltivata e più tipica della Valle dei Laghi è la Nosiola, unica varietà a bacca bianca autoctona  del Trentino che nella nostra zona ha trovato l’habitat ideale.
Grazie all’influenza del Lago di Garda e degli altri specchi d’acqua la Valle dei Laghi gode di un clima mite tutto l’anno, inoltre la presenza di brezze (specialmente l’Ora del Garda) permette di ottenere vini maturi e  ben strutturati.

The Azienda Pisoni was founded in 1852 and is now in its fourth generation. 
Marco and Stefano carry on the winemaking tradition producing wines following the organic and biodynamic method in the Valle dei Laghi, between the Brenta Dolomites (UNESCO) and Lake Garda 
The Pisoni wines are all made from their own grapes and the company is a member of the Consorzio Vignaioli del Trentino (as a founding member) and of the FIVI Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti (Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers), which groups together all the Italian wineries that produce wine from their own exclusive grapes. 
The company's vineyard surface area is approximately 16 hectares and the vineyards are partly on the plain near the Sarca river with more sandy/loamy soil and the other part on the San Siro hill at an altitude of 450 m above sea level with calcareous soil. In addition to grapes, to encourage biodiversity, the company has a small production of olive oil, apples and kiwi fruit.
The most cultivated and most typical variety of the Valle dei Laghi is the Nosiola, the only native white grape variety of Trentino that has found its ideal habitat in our area.
Thanks to the influence of Lake Garda and other bodies of water, the Valle dei Laghi enjoys a mild climate 
all year round, moreover the presence of breezes (especially the Ora del Garda) makes it possible to obtain mature and well-structured wines.

Die Azienda Pisoni wurde 1852 gegründet und wird heute in der vierten Generation geführt. 
Marco und Stefano führen die Weinbautradition fort und produzieren im Valle dei Laghi, zwischen den Brenta-Dolomiten (UNESCO) und dem Gardasee, Weine nach biologischer und biodynamischer Methode. 
Die Pisoni-Weine werden alle aus eigenen Trauben hergestellt und das Unternehmen ist Mitglied des Consorzio Vignaioli del Trentino (als Gründungsmitglied) und des FIVI Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti (Italienischer Verband unabhängiger Winzer), in dem alle italienischen Weinbaubetriebe zusammengeschlossen sind, die ausschließlich Wein aus eigenen Trauben herstellen. 
Die Rebfläche des Unternehmens beträgt etwa 16 Hektar und die Weinberge befinden sich zum Teil in der Ebene in der Nähe des Flusses Sarca mit eher sandig-lehmigen Böden und zum Teil auf dem Hügel San Siro in 450 m Höhe über dem Meeresspiegel mit kalkhaltigen Böden. Zur Förderung der Artenvielfalt werden neben Weintrauben auch in geringem Umfang Olivenöl, Äpfel und Kiwis angebaut.
Die meist angebaute und typischste Sorte des Valle dei Laghi ist die Nosiola, die einzige autochthone weiße Rebsorte des Trentino, die in unserem Gebiet ihren idealen Lebensraum gefunden hat.
Dank des Einflusses des Gardasees und anderer Gewässer genießt das Valle dei Laghi das ganze Jahr über ein mildes Klima. 
Das Klima im Valle dei Laghi ist das ganze Jahr über mild, und das Vorhandensein von Brisen (vor allem der Ora del Garda) ermöglicht es, reife und gut strukturierte Weine zu erzeugen.
