Un nuovo team per un nuovo progetto: siamo pronti a ridare vita a questa storica struttura, nel solco della tradizione culinaria trentina ma con la voglia di esplorare nuovi orizzonti, ispirati dalle ampie vedute che da venerdì potrete tornare ad ammirare da qui.

La ricetta è semplice:
- Autenticità: ingredienti genuini, di stagione e locali, per dare valore alle tante eccellenze del territorio
- Accoglienza: nell’abbraccio delle nostre montagne, accarezzati dai venti del Garda e coccolati dalle nostre attenzioni, chiamerete questo posto casa

Malga San Giovanni is open again! A new team for a new project: we are ready to breathe new life into this historic structure, in the tradition of Trentino cuisine but with the desire to explore new horizons, inspired by the sweeping views that you will be able to admire from here from Friday.

Ein neues Team für ein neues Projekt: Wir sind bereit, dieses historische Gebäude wieder zum Leben zu erwecken, im Einklang mit der kulinarischen Tradition Trientins, aber mit dem Wunsch, neue Horizonte zu erkunden, inspiriert von den weiten Ausblicken, die Sie ab Freitag wieder von hier aus bewundern können.

Das Rezept ist einfach:
