Il Ristorante Pizzeria Leon D’Oro è stato fondato nel 1922 ed è dal 1939 di proprietà della famiglia Salvaneschi. Disposto su quattro sale con volte a botte, è stato ristrutturato completamente nel 2001, mantenendo integri gli originali arredamenti in legno antico di stile Austro-Ungarico. Proponiamo due distinte linee di cucina: una di territorio ed una di mare. Tra i piatti trentini vantiamo specialità come gli strangolapreti, la pasta fatta in casa trafilata a bronzo e la carne salada della Macelleria Bertoldi di Riva, la più antica della nostra città. I piatti di mare sono realizzati con materie prime freschissime tra cui vongole, cozze tarantine, tonno rosso sashimi, sogliole, rombi, branzini e calamari alla griglia.

Non vanno dimenticate alcune specialità tipiche del nostro lago come i Bigoi alle sarde del Garda e pomodorini confit, la trota ed il salmerino alpino nelle due versioni affumicata a freddo oppure alla griglia. Molti anche i piatti a base di tartufo nero fresco di Norcia e i risotti che sono la vera specialità del nostro locale. Offre, inoltre, carne di alta qualità come l’Angus irlandese selezione “Drumlin Gold” alla griglia, la tagliata di petto d’anatra francese e la costata di Scottona inglese. Ben fornita la cantina con più di 160 etichette selezionate con cura tra i migliori vini regionali e nazionali.

Leon D’Oro Restaurant and Pizzeria was founded in 1922 and has been owned by Salvaneschi family since 1939. Its four rooms with vaulted ceilings were completely renovated in 2001: however, the owners decided to keep the original antique wooden furnishing in Austro-Hungarian style. The Restaurant offers two different menus: on the one hand the traditional dishes of our region, on the other hand the typical seafood menu of the Mediterranean cuisine. Amongst traditional dishes from Trentino, we propose “strangolapreti”, homemade bronze dye pasta and salted meat produced by Macelleria Bertoldi in Riva del Garda, the oldest butcher shop in town. The seafood dishes are made with fresh ingredients including clams, Taranto mussels, sashimi red tuna, sole, turbot, seabass and grilled calamari.

We offer some lake fish delicacy as well, like “bigoi” with sardines and confit tomatoes, and grilled or smoked trout and char fish. In our menu there are also many dishes made with fresh black truffles from Norcia, but the real specialty of the restaurant is our famous risotto. Meat lovers will also find high quality meat cuts such as the grilled Irish Angus selection “Drumlin Gold”, sliced French duck breast and English Scottona steak. Our wine cellar has more than 160 carefully selected labels among the best regional and national wines.

Leon D’Oro Restaurant und Pizzeria wurde 1922 gegründet und befindet sich seit 1939 im Besitz der Familie Salvaneschi. Die vier Räume mit Gewölbedecken wurden im Jahr 2001 komplett renoviert. Die Besitzer ließen sich jedoch die originalen antiken Holzmöbel im österreichisch-ungarischen Stil bewahren. Das Restaurant bietet zwei verschiedene Menüs an: einerseits die traditionellen Gerichte unserer Region, andererseits die typischen Fischgerichte der italienischen Küche. Zu den traditionellen Gerichten aus dem Trentino gehören „strangolapreti“, hausgemachte Pasta und gesalzenes Fleisch, hergestellt von Macelleria Bertoldi in Riva del Garda, der ältesten Metzgerei der Stadt. Die Fischgerichte werden mit frischen Zutaten wie Venusmuscheln, Mittelmeer-Miesmuschel, Sashimi-Rotem Thunfisch, Seezunge, Steinbutt, Seebarsch und gegrillten Calamari zubereitet.

Wir bieten auch einige Fischspezialitäten aus Gardasee, wie „Bigoi“ mit Sardinen und Confit-Tomaten, gegrillte oder geräucherte Forelle und Saibling. In unserer Speisekarte gibt es auch viele Gerichte mit schwarzen Trüffeln aus Norcia, aber die berühmteste Spezialität des Restaurants ist unser Risotto. Fleischliebhaber werden auch hochwertiges Fleisch finden, wie die gegrillte Irish Angus Beef „Drumlin Gold“, französische Entenbrust Tagliata und englisches Scottona-Steak. Unser Weinkeller hat mehr als 160 sorgfältig ausgewählte Weine zu den besten regionalen und nationalen Weinen.
