Una chiesetta che si trova tra i campi nell’entroterra di Bardolino.
La data di edificazione della chiesa è difficile da definire. Sembra che sia sorta sui ruderi di un'antica villa romana. Nonostante i rifacimenti del coro e della facciata avvenuti nel 1714, conserva ancora tratti della sua struttura altomedievale. Altri autori pongono gran parte della struttura nel XIII secolo o anche prima. Sicuramente il campanile, tipicamente romanico, è ascrivibile al XII secolo. Sulla sua sommità presente una cella campanaria dotata di quattro bifore sorrette da colonnine con capitelli a stampella.

A small church located among the fields in the countryside inland from Bardolino.
The date of construction of the church is difficult to define. It seems to have arisen on the ruins of an ancient Roman villa. Despite the renovations of the choir and facade that took place in 1714, it still retains features of its high medieval structure. Other authors place much of the structure in the 13th century or even earlier. Certainly, the bell tower, typically Romanesque, can be attributed to the 12th century. At its summit, there is a bell chamber equipped with four bifore supported by columns with bracket capitals.

Eine Kapelle, die zwischen den Feldern im Hinterland von Bardolino liegt.
Das Baudatum der Kirche ist schwer zu definieren. Sie scheint auf den Ruinen einer antiken römischen Villa errichtet worden zu sein. Trotz der Umbauten des Chors und der Fassade im Jahr 1714 hat sie noch Züge ihrer hochmittelalterlichen Struktur bewahrt. Andere Autoren datieren einen Großteil der Struktur ins 13. Jahrhundert oder sogar früher. Sicherlich kann der typischerweise romanische Glockenturm dem 12. Jahrhundert zugeordnet werden. Auf seiner Spitze befindet sich eine Glockenstube mit vier Zwillingsfenstern, die von Säulen mit Kapitellen auf Stütze getragen werden.
